Only for existing patients to re-order their current immunotherapy treatment.

Delivery is approximately 8 weeks from time of order.  Immunotherapy will be shipped directly to your referring general practitioner. 

You need your unique "Re-order code" from the clinic letter in which you immunotherapy was commenced.  (NB: If you are on more than one type of immunotherapy kit - each kit has a different re-order code.)

Patients must be reviewed in a clinic appointment at least once every 12 months for orders to be processed.

Any changes to immunotherapy must be discussed in a review appointment.
