What is changing with Immunotherapy Order Plans?
We successfully implemented a new software order system in mid-2019. Now the older system we used prior to this is being retired. People who have an order plan in the old system need to create an order plan in the new system to continue.
Why did you change the system, what’s different?
Although it looks very similar to the customer, the backend software works in a different way to improve the efficiency and reliability of the order system. Also, the payment gateway has changed which may reduce bank fees for some customers.
Why can’t you automatically switch me to the new system?
For your data safety we don’t hold your credit card details. They are held securely by the payment gateway provider. The downside of this is you need to provide them again when setting up a new plan as it can’t be transferred across.
Is the price changing?
Yes. The old system was using pricing from 2018. New plans will be setup with updated prices. Also, some people will pay less bank fees, as due to the new payment gateway, it will no longer appear as an international charge - on which some banks charged a credit card surcharge fee.
Payment is accepted in all major credit cards including via ApplePay.
Can I change my reorder date?
Yes. Just select the start date when you complete the new order plan form that we send you.
NOTE: the distributor quotes a 6-8 week time to delivery from time of order. Please order early enough to avoid gaps in the dosing schedule.
