Terms of Services - Immunotherapy Orders

1. Immunotherapy order plans are setup by customers on a recurring basis to ensure ongoing unbroken supply

2. Plans may be cancelled at anytime using the link provided in all automated order emails

3. Request to cancel individual orders may actioned BEFORE a product has shipped, by emailing a request to orders@avidallergy.com

4. Orders that have already been manufactured are unable to be cancelled.

5. Payment for an order is not a guarantee of supply. However if supply is not possible a full refund will be provided.
