Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Immunotherapy Orders

When will my immunotherapy be delivered?

Immunotherapy medication is made to order in Europe, before being shipped to the specified delivery clinic. From the time of payment/placing the order, the Australian distributor quotes a delivery time of 8-10 weeks.

My order hasn’t arrive in the estimated time-frame (8-10 weeks) - what do I do?

If you have checked with the delivery clinic you specified and it has not arrived, please email us, and we will enquire with the distributor and update you.

My immunotherapy has not arrived in time for my next dose, what do I do?

The clinical guideline we provide for you local doctor/GP contains information on how to manage the dosage if there is a longer interval between doses than scheduled. Please check that your future re-order date matches your likely usage to avoid future issues.

How do I change the re-order date on my immunotherapy plan to match my usage?

We can set your automatic plan re-order to occur on any day of you choosing [and delivery is estimated within 8-10 weeks after that date]. Just email us with your request and we will amend it for your next order.

Can I get a receipt to claim on my Private Health Insurance?

New plans from June 2019 will automatically generate and email a receipt to you when a payment is made.

Can I cancel/refund my order?

Yes - but only before the order has been accepted by the manufacturer. Please contact us immediately so we can attempt to cancel for you if you wish to do this.

How do I stop my recurring immunotherapy order plan?

Use the weblink at the bottom of all our automatic correspondence (including confirmations, and receipts) - SELECT “Cancel Plan” and it will immediately be cancelled.

Can I change the delivery address for my immunotherapy?

Yes. Delivery can be set to any medical clinic. Please email us with the details. Please note: it may not be possible to change the delivery address if it has already been shipped within Australia.
