Appointment Request Process and Conditions
Please be aware of the appointment request process and conditions below:
Appointments are requested using the online form.
Please upload your details and a valid referral from your GP
Once all the information has been provided, our reception staff will be in contact within one week to arrange an appointment.
The next appointment for new patients is booking at around 6 months
Waiting-list and cancellation appointments may be available, but are not guaranteed
Appointments require a deposit of $100 to be booked. This is refundable with at least 48hours notice of cancellation. And will be deducted from the eventual appointment fee.
